Vic Perlinger began providing group benefit programs in 1992. Since then, Perlinger Group Benefits has grown to be a well known provider of Group Benefits throughout Western Canada. We provide services to many well known companies, ranging in size from very small businesses to very large businesses.

Our areas of expertise encompass the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs. Perlinger Group Benefits has established relationships with virtually all the major Insurance Carriers as well as several Third Party Administrators. This permits us to offer you a broad array of customized programs to fit your company’s needs.

Perlinger Group Benefits has a well known established block of business throughout Western Canada, positioning us well to service multi-location companies.

Our Philosophy

Our goal is to establish long term friendships and personal relationships by providing customized Employee Benefit Plans specifically designed for our clients. We strive to accomplish this by providing uncompromised integrity, unparalleled service and an approachable family atmosphere in the everyday operation of our company.

	Vic Perlinger Vic founded the company in 1992 in Saskatchewan. He decided to focus on Group Benefits as this was the area that he believed offer opportunity for someone looking to provide the personal experience every company was looking for. In 1997 Vic moved his business to Calgary and has been growing his relationships with companies and Insurance Carriers ever since.

	Joe Perlinger Joe joined Vic in 2003 when he decided he wanted to specialize in Group Benefits. Joe started in the financial industry in 2001 with a financial planning firm in Abbotsford, BC. After working for two and a half years in personal financial planning, Joe decided to join his dad in Calgary and specialize in Group Benefits. Joe has always enjoyed the personal approach to group benefits. Working closely and building strong relationships with his customers and carriers, Joe has helped grow this family company into what it is today.

	Carl Perlinger Carl joined Joe and Vic in 2009. With a Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Carl brings a new marketing expertise to Perlinger Group Benefits. Since finishing his Degree he has worked in varying industries including Renewable Energy, Telecommunications and Finance. With this broad background and Carl’s entrepreneurial spirit he is a perfect fit with Perlinger Group Benefits.

	Derek Stamp Derek is the creator of The Beyond Benefits Program. He joined Perlinger Group Benefits in the summer of 2010 and brought with him a very analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach to employee benefits. Since 2003, Derek has been working in the insurance industry with an exclusive focus on Group Insurance. He has managed accounts for three major insurance providers creating innovative solutions for clients ranging from 2 - 200 employees. Derek's knowledge and expertise in employee benefits for small to mid-sized companies sets him apart and enables him to offer clients a truly unique and preferred way to manage their benefit program.
